Who we are
Verapeak Digital ("Verapeak," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital marketing agency based in Knoxville, Tennessee, serving clients nationwide. This policy applies to verapeakdigital.com and the reporting tools we operate for our clients. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a form or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and any message, budget, or service interest you include. We use this to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect standard technical and usage information, such as your device and browser type, approximate location (derived from IP address), pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, and UTM campaign parameters. We use both Google Analytics 4 and our own first-party measurement (Verapeak Insights) to understand site performance and to attribute leads to the marketing channel they came from.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and measuring advertising performance. You can control non-essential cookies through the consent banner shown on our site and through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and provide our marketing services;
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and tools;
- To measure website performance and attribute leads to marketing channels;
- To measure and improve the performance of advertising campaigns;
- To send service communications and, where permitted, relevant updates;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Analytics and advertising services
We use third-party analytics and advertising platforms — including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — to measure performance and, for our clients, to report on advertising results. These providers may set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policies. You can learn about Google's practices and opt out of Google Analytics using the tools below:
When we manage advertising accounts on behalf of a client, we access that client's Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta data only to provide reporting and optimization for that client. We do not sell this data or use it for any unrelated purpose.
How we store and protect your information
Your information is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure and access is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to do their work. Sensitive credentials and access tokens are encrypted, and client reporting data is isolated so that each client can only access their own information. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
How long we keep it
We retain personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, analytics, advertising, hosting, and form/email providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email us at [email protected] and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
